The evening gala for customers and invited guests will take place in the exhibition area on Wednesday, 12 May 2027 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

- Exhibition disassembly:
- Thursday 13 May 2027 4 p.m.–11 p.m.
- Friday 14 May 2027 8 a.m.–9 p.m.
Exhibitors may not begin to empty or dismantle their stands prior to the start of the disassembly time.

Terms of payment
Payment is due within 14 days of the date on the invoice, or after 1 April 2027 within 7 days of the date on the invoice. Extended terms of payment must be agreed on separately in connection with registration as an exhibitor. Penal interest is charged in accordance with the Interest Act. The Organizer charges a change fee of €50 + VAT/invoice in cases where charges are made to the payment terms at the exhibitor´s request or the space reservation is changed.
